If your child will not be attending the Academy, for any reason, please inform the Academy by 8:30am, or as soon as possible. If we do not receive a message, parents will be contacted by our automated telephone service on the first day of absence.
If attendance drops below 95% you will receive a letter identifying our concern. Thereafter, if attendance deteriorates further, a meeting will be held with Head of Year and the Academy’s Welfare and Attendance Officer.
Term time holidays will not be sanctioned.
